Experts indicate that an alarming number of people are essentially sleepwalking through life, caught up in routine and opting for the familiar and comfortable so much so that creativity, passion, and a sense of being alive has become diluted. Researchers suggest that while the need to regulate the energy we expel and avoid approaching all things with vigor are likely an evolutionary adaptation, modern society and current social tendencies may be sending us overboard in the other direction, subduing our own intentionality. What are the signs that you may be living your life on autopilot? What should you do to rediscover and reclaim your vitality? In the next virtual meeting of the Men’s Group Seminar on Saturday, July 18, 2020, 10:15 to 11:30 AM, we will explore the problem of living on autopilot, its consequences, and its antidotes.
